BY LANTERN TOURS, LLC  TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Booking & Payment

Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.

2. All Sales Final / Rescheduling Policy

All tour sales are final and non-refundable. Guests may request to reschedule their tour up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time, subject to availability. Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the tour start time may not be accommodated. Failure to attend a scheduled tour (no-show) will result in forfeiture of the full ticket price. If By Lantern Tours cancels a tour due to severe weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances, guests will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.

 

3. Arrival Time

Guests are encouraged to arrive at the Tour meeting location 10–15 minutes prior to the scheduled start time. Tours begin promptly. Late arrivals may not be accommodated and are not eligible for rescheduling.

 

4. Weather Policy

Tours operate rain or shine. Guests are responsible for dressing appropriately for weather conditions.

 

5. Participant Responsibility

Participants are responsible for their own safety and well-being during the tour. By Lantern Tours is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.

 

6. Conduct

Guests are expected to behave respectfully toward guides, other participants, public property, and private property viewed during the tour. By Lantern Tours reserves the right to remove disruptive participants without refund.

 

7. Assumption of Risk & Liability

Participation is subject to our Release & Waiver of Liability. By booking, guests acknowledge and agree to those terms.

 

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
